Appointments/Fees

I am a preferred provider for most medical insurances, including Regence, Premera, Aetna, Uniform, First Choice and PIP auto insurance claims.

Fees for insurance billed acupuncture services are:

• Initial Office Visit (initial exam and treatment: $180)
• Return Office Calls: $100

Discounts applied to prompt payment at time of service
are approximately 20 to 25% off regular fees:

• Initial Office Visit (initial exam and treatment: $130)
• Return Office Calls: $75

24 Hour Notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
A $25 cancellation fee is charged for late cancellations and No-Shows.

I currently accept insurance. If I am not contracted with your provider, I would be happy to provide you with a superbill so that you can request payment from your insurance company for my services as an out of network provider.  Many insurance plans do offer out of network benefits so contact your plan to inquire about your specific policy.

For payment, I accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard and the insurances listed above.
